These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lawrence & Sons Roofing Inc website and the roofing services we provide. By requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, or otherwise engaging our company, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Lawrence & Sons Roofing Inc is a family-owned and operated roofing contractor based in Phoenix, Arizona. Founded by Arizona native Frank Lawrence and now led by his son Ken Lawrence, the company has been in business for over 20 years and brings 40+ years of roofing experience to the Phoenix Valley. We are licensed, bonded, and insured, and we serve residential and commercial customers throughout the greater Phoenix area.

We provide residential and commercial roofing services, including but not limited to:

• New roof installation and replacement;
• Asphalt shingle, concrete tile, clay tile, and standing seam metal roofing;
• Roof repair and leak detection;
• Roof inspections, including insurance inspections;
• Emergency and storm-damage roofing response;
• Commercial roofing installation and repair.

The specific scope of any project will be defined in the written estimate or proposal we provide to you. Any services outside that written scope will require a separate agreement.

We offer free roofing estimates. An estimate represents our good-faith assessment of the anticipated cost based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if conditions encountered during the project differ from those initially observed — for example, hidden damage discovered after existing roofing materials are removed. In such cases, we will communicate the change to you before proceeding with any additional work.

Insurance inspections are provided for a fee of $75, plus any additional cost to document roof damage, provide detailed estimates and photographs, and communicate with your insurance company regarding the scope of repairs when authorized by you, as discussed at the time of scheduling. All estimates and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

We stand behind our work. We provide a 5-year labor warranty on the roofing work we perform — going beyond the 2-year minimum required by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. This warranty applies to the labor of installations we perform and is subject to the conditions outlined in your written agreement.

Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to severe weather events, falling objects, improper maintenance, alterations or repairs performed by others, or normal wear and aging of roofing materials. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers' warranty terms.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for inspection, estimation, and performance of the agreed work. You are responsible for informing us of any hazards, pets, or conditions at the property that may affect the work. We will make every reasonable effort to complete work within the estimated timeframe, but schedules may be affected by weather, material availability, and other factors common to roofing work in Arizona.

Payment terms for each project will be specified in your written estimate or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due according to the schedule outlined in that document. A deposit may be required to schedule work and order materials. Final payment is due upon completion of the project and your satisfaction with the work performed.

We accept payment by methods agreed upon at the time of your project. If you have any concern about the work, we ask that you raise it with Ken directly so we can address it before final payment — we will not leave the job until it is finished and you are satisfied.

We perform work in accordance with applicable Arizona building codes and local permitting requirements. Where permits are required, we will obtain them as part of the agreed scope of work. You are responsible for ensuring that any work performed on your property complies with your homeowners association (HOA) rules, and for notifying us of any HOA requirements that may affect the project.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site by attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing viruses or harmful code, scraping content, or interfering with its normal operation. All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Lawrence & Sons Roofing Inc or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

We value honest feedback. Reviews and testimonials shown on our website reflect the individual experiences of our customers and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome. By submitting a review, you grant us permission to display it on our website and marketing materials. We will never misrepresent the substance of a review you provide.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawrence & Sons Roofing Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to our workmanship guarantee as described above, or to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Arizona law.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
